Gratitude Classes
Our Gratitude Classes are a way for us to intentionally hold space—for reflection, connection, and collective care—while supporting an important local cause each month. These classes are offered free of charge, with donations encouraged to the organization we are spotlighting. Follow us on social media or keep an eye on our newsletter for upcoming classes.
Through gentle, accessible yoga and guided moments of gratitude, we come together to cultivate awareness, compassion, and presence. Our hope is to not only raise visibility for the meaningful work these organizations are doing, but also to foster a sense of positivity and shared humanity within our community.
By moving, breathing, and giving together, we practice gratitude as an active force—one that ripples outward in support of healing, connection, and care for the world around us.

Yin Yoga
New to yoga? Yin is the perfect place to start. Unlike faster-paced styles, yin yoga is slow, grounding, and deeply restorative. In this class, you’ll be guided into floor-based poses that are held for several minutes at a time, allowing your body to gently release tension and your mind to find stillness.
No experience is needed — just bring yourself and a willingness to slow down. We’ll close each class with an extended savasana (final rest) and a short guided meditation, giving you space to integrate the practice and leave feeling calm, refreshed, and centered.
This is a wonderful option for anyone seeking relaxation, improved flexibility, or simply a quiet pause for self-care.
