I’ve been a student of yoga for nearly 20 years. What began as a complement to my exercise routine has evolved into a deeper practice of self-care. Through yoga, I’ve discovered the importance of mindfulness and embracing the moment.
I began studying yoga more formally to strengthen my own practices of meditation, allowing these disciplines to support one another. My teaching journey is a continuous process of growth, drawing inspiration from my personal exploration and the unique perspectives of my students. I’ve completed my 200 Hour Teacher Training with My Vinyasa Practice.
You can expect a gentle approach in my offerings, centered on presence, gratitude, and creating space for growth. For those new to yoga and meditation, I aim to provide a welcoming, supportive environment that encourages you to begin your journey with confidence.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active with hiking, running, cycling, and embracing the outdoors in all seasons. I’m also passionate about traveling and regularly volunteer with local organizations to give back to my community.
